	Valentine Hat You'll need: red construction paper, paper towel tube Instructions: Here is an unusual and colorful hat of hearts that you can make to wear on Valentine's Day. The only things that you will need are red construction paper and a long cardboard tube from paper towels. Starting at one end of the tube, cut 1/2 inch wide strips, stopping each strip about 3 inches from the other end of the tube (so that the tube is still all connected, there are just slits cut into it to help it spread out). Spread all of the strips out slightly to make a hat which will fit your head. Cut red construction-paper hearts and glue them all over the hat from top to bottom!
