Thanksgiving Wreath - Fallen Leaves
You'll need: fallen leaves, paper plate, craft glue, yarn, markers, hole punch, raffia
Instructions: First cut out the center circle of the paper plate. Now color the remainder of the plate red, orange, yellow, brown or a combination of those colors. Punch a hole at the top of the plate and insert the yarn to make a hanger loop. Glue the fallen leaves around the plate, overlapping if you wish. You can also add a few small sticks and acorns to the wreath for added decoration. Now make a raffia bow and attach to the wreath. Let dry, and then hang in a window, or on a door!
Optional: If you don't have fallen leaves to use. You can trace your child(s) hand onto several sheets of fall colored construction paper. Cut out and use them as leaves on the wreath.
