	Spiced Turkeys You'll need: Construction paper or tagboard, white glue, paintbrush, different seasonal spices (nutmeg cinnamon cloves allspice salt pepper whatever!) Instructions: Trace child's hand on tag board or construction paper. Let the child paint glue on the palm and fingers then sprinkle spices onto the glue. (Sprinkle a different spice onto each different hand part if you like.) Easily turn the hand into a turkey by drawing feet, beak, eyes and a "gobbler" onto the appropriate places. Great way to blend Thanksgiving with teaching about the sense of smell! Even preschoolers will love it! (Fun way to make mom's kitchen smell nice, too!)
