	Halloween Ornaments You'll need: Felt (assorted colors), Cookie cutters(halloween design), Yarn, Water proof markers, paper plates, Paper hole punch Instructions: Trace cookie cutter patterns onto paper plates, glue felt onto paper plate, trim to fit. Use paper punch to make hole at top of ornament, tie string thru the hole. Use markers and/or assorted items(moveable eyes, buttons, pompoms, etc.) to decorate your ornaments. Can be hung from window with suction cup hooks, or just hung from yarn attached.
